Good questions, straight answers.

Do I need to know how much RAM I need?

No. Our plans are sold in players and servers. Tell us your game and how many friends are coming, and we'll size it for you.

What does "shared pool" mean?

Your plan is one pool of room. Run several small servers at once or one big one. Stop a server and its room is free for another. It keeps its files.

Are the player counts guaranteed?

No, they're estimates. Mods, plugins and world size all change what a server can handle. We're testing each game on our hardware and will update the numbers.

How do I pay?

Online checkout with PayPal is coming soon. Until then, email us and we'll set up your plan with you directly.

Can I add my own mods and modpacks?

Yes. Use the modpack installer in the panel, or upload your own mods and plugins with the file manager or SFTP. Need a mod that doesn't exist? We build those too.

Can I switch games later?

Yes. Create another server in your plan and stop the one you're not using. Its files stay, so you can come back to it.

Do you host FiveM?

Yes. We install the server and you add your free Cfx.re license key to finish setup. Email us your expected player count and scripts and we'll size the plan.
